Zinho Gano zu Swansea City?

Er lijkt stilaan schot te komen in het dossier van Zinho Gano (24), die door zijn hoge loon moet vertrekken bij KV Oostende. De spits kan immers rekenen op de interesse van diverse Engelse clubs, waaronder Stoke City en Swansea, die beiden degradeerden naar The Championship. Gano en zijn entourage voeren gesprekken met beide clubs, die straks concurrentie krijgen van het eveneens geïnteresseerde Italiaanse Empoli. KVO betaalde vorig jaar in augustus ongeveer 2,5 miljoen voor de aanvaller en hoopt dat bedrag quasi integraal te recupereren.

Wie 'Het Laatste Nieuws' meldet, bemühen sich Swansea City, Stoke City und der FC Empoli um den 1,98-Meter-Mann. Die beiden britischen Klubs haben demnach bereits die Berater des Spielers kontaktiert. Der KV Oostende ruft mindestens €2.5m Ablöse auf, heißt es.Gano traf in der vergangenen in 37 Pflichtspielen für den Klub von der belgischen Nordseeküste 15 Mal.
