The football from the traditional top five leagues in the 2010’s didn’t disappoint. From astonishing comebacks like Barcelona’s infamous 6-1 turnaround against PSG in the Champions League, to some of the greatest goals the game has ever seen such as Olivier Giroud’s audacious scorpion kick. As well as perhaps the greatest player ever to play the game dazzling his magic week-in week-out in Lionel Messi, and Cristiano Ronaldo doing his utmost to keep up, hitting mind-blowing numbers in the goalscoring charts. So far the 2020’s have started in the same fashion, treating football fans to some of the best ever quality on show.
But which player from the cream of the crop have the most wins under their belt in Europe’s top five leagues since 2010?

Unsurprisingly, Messi tops the list. With an incredible 335 league wins in 445 games since 2010, the great Argentine is number one. In that time, Messi has primarily represented Barcelona, where he is the club's all time top-scorer with 672 goals in 778 games. He's won the Champions League four times, 10 La Ligas, and seven Copa Del Rey’s at Barca, as well as two Ligue 1 titles with PSG in more recent years. Just the eight Ballon d’Or trophies for the magician too.
Top 50 Players With Most Wins In Top Five Leagues since 2010
In second place is one of Messi’s former team-mates, in fact the player that has played alongside him more than anyone else in his career, Sergio Busquets. The Spanish midfield maestro has 323 wins in 444 games with Barcelona. In third is another one club man in Bayern Munich’s Thomas Müller, who has 314 wins from 431 matches with the Bavarians. Müller has a staggering 266 career assists, and a bunch of them were for the man who is fourth on our list of players with the most wins in Robert Lewandowski. The Polish goal machine has 307 wins from 431 games for Borussia Dortmund, Bayern and Barcelona.
Completing the top five is five-time Ballon d’Or winner Ronaldo with 298 league wins from 422 fixtures since 2010. The Portuguese forward is the record goalscorer in the Champions League with 140 goals in the competition. In sixth and seventh are another couple of legends at the Bernabeu - Karim Benzema with 298 wins in 426 matches and Toni Kroos with 272 wins in 416 games. In eighth is Pedro who has 271 wins in 427 fixtures across La Liga, the Premier League and Serie A. Then it’s the first goalkeeper on the list, which is perhaps slightly staggering given the tendency for top keepers to play in most matches, but Manuel Neuer comes in ninth with 269 wins in 373 matches. Concluding the top 10 is Luka Modric who recorded 269 wins in 25 games for Tottenham and Real Madrid.
