Torhüter Gerhard Tremmel schließt sich dem SV Werder Bremen an. Der 37-Jährige wechselt auf Leihbasis bis zum Saisonende von Premier-League-Klub Swansea City an die Weser. Das bestätigte Werder-Geschäftsführer Thomas Eichin am Donnerstagmittag. Zuvor hatte der in München geborene Tremmel bereits den Medizincheck absolviert.
